Chroma 69014 ET DAPI/Aqua/Green/Orange FISH

Four-band set for simultaneous visual viewing of DAPI, Aqua, Green and Orange

Product overview

Four-band set for simultaneous visual viewing of DAPI, Aqua, Green and Orange

ET Multi-Band series, designed for visual viewing, not for camera registration

Chroma 69014 extends the simultaneous review of the FISH drug to DAPI, Aqua, Green and Orange. The weakened excitation of DAPI helps maintain the visibility of the Aqua signal, which is otherwise easily lost amid bright nuclear contrast.

The kit is designed to simultaneously visually observe DAPI and three color FISH channels Aqua, Green and Orange. The four-band excitation filter uses a reduced level of excitation DAPI to prevent DAPI contrasting from overriding the Aqua signal, with DAPI and Aqua using one emission band. The configuration is designed to be viewed simultaneously, but not to work with the camera.

The set composition: 69014x - four-band excitation filter (EX), 69011bs - multiband dichroic beam splitter (BS), 69011m - multiband emission filter (EM). Spectral configuration covers DAPI / Aqua / Green / Orange; DAPI and Aqua share one emission band, so the set is not designed to separate camera recording of the two The components are from the high-performance Chroma ET line with typical 93-97% transmission, steep fronts and subpixel alignment, the light source type and filter cube format are agreed separately.
