Chroma 69013v2 is a three-band set for simultaneous observation of DAPI, Green and Orange FISH. It allows you to quickly assess the localization of two probes relative to nuclear contrast in the same field of view.
The kit combines three spectral channels in one optical configuration and is designed to simultaneously visually observe DAPI and commercially available Green and Orange probes. This reduces the switching of filter cubes during the initial review of the drug and helps match the signals of two FISH targets with the morphology of the core. registration must be separately checked for the camera, light source and selected protocol.
The set composition: 69013xv2 - three-band excitation filter (EX), 69013bs - multiband dichroic beam splitter (BS), 69013m - three-band emission filter (EM).
