Cence VORTEX 22K is a 6 x 500 ml intelligent high-speed centrifuge for biopharmaceutical and cell-technological processes with advanced data recording.
VORTEX 22K combines a large work volume with acceleration up to 52,020 × g. The standard network interface allows you to monitor the work, save records and combine up to 100 centrifuges into a monitoring system; remote control is provided. Up to 100 user programs can include five stages in speed, time and temperature. 316L, ten acceleration profiles, eleven braking profiles, rotor autorecognition and protection complex are designed for reproducible processes. Optional automatic cover has pinch protection.
Maximum speed: 22,000 rpm with angular rotor and 4000 rpm with bucket; maximum RCF 52,020 × g and 3500 × g. Capacity: 6 × 500 ml with angular rotor and 4 × 750 ml with bucket. Speed accuracy ±10 rpm; two timer ranges up to 99 h 59 min Temperature −20…+40 °C in 1 °C steps, with ±2 °C accuracy and precooling. Interfaces RS485 or RS232, network monitoring; protection against imbalance, overheating, speeding and temperature. Noise not exceeding 65 dB(A).
