The Cence GL-23M combines speeds of up to 23,000 rpm, accelerations of up to 60,460 × g, and volumes of up to 4 × 1,000 ml for large-scale high-speed separation.
The GL-23M is designed to concentrate cellular components, viral material and biochemical samples in molecular-biological, biotechnological and manufacturing processes. The seven-inch touchscreen simultaneously displays settings and current values. The system stores work and diagnostic records, supports hundreds of programs. Five-stage centrifugation, delayed launch, sample ID, graphics modes and access delimitation. Automatic rotor recognition, imbalance protection and speeding enhance safety, and installing a rotor without a screw mount speeds up resetting.
Maximum speed: 23,000 rpm with angular rotor and 4000 rpm with bucket; maximum RCF 60,460 × g and 3500 × g. Maximum capacity: 4 × 1000 ml with angular rotor and 4 × 750 ml with bucket. Speed accuracy ±10 rpm; timer 1 min-99 h 59 min Temperature −20…+40 °C in 1 °C steps, with ±1 °C accuracy and precooling. One hundred programs in five stages with the possibility of expanding memory.
