The Cence CL8R is an ultra-large-volume intelligent refrigerated centrifuge capable of processing up to 17.6 liters of material in a single cycle.
The CL8R is designed for large-scale processes in biopharmaceuticals, biological products, cellular technology and blood services. The system supports corner and backbone rotors, automatic rotor recognition, multi-stage programs, precooling and recording of working data. Up to 3000 user programs can be used for the purpose of the project. Name and build in five consecutive steps: Ethernet interfaces, remote monitoring of centrifuge groups, automatic cover and windscreen lifting device, 316L stainless steel camera, protection against imbalance, speed and temperature, engine overheating and lid pinching.
Maximum speed: 9000 rpm with angular rotor and 4500 rpm with bucket; maximum RCF 18 610 × g and 6756 × g respectively. Capacity: angular rotor 6 × 1000 ml; bucket rotor 8 × 2200 ml, including configurations for 12 or 16 packets of blood 500 ml. Speed is set from 100 rpm in 100 rpm, accuracy ±10 rpm. −20...+40 °C in 1 °C increments, accuracy ±2 °C; two timer ranges up to 99 h 59 min Noise not more than 70 dB(A).
