Single-mode microwave reactor for controlled synthesis and reaction optimization
Single-mode microwave reactor for controlled synthesis and reaction optimization
with contactless temperature measurement of the iWave sample and controlled pressure relief
Discover 2.0 is a compact single-mode microwave reactor for controlled organic and inorganic synthesis, optimizing reactions and safely transferring techniques from milliliter samples to increased volume.
The reactor automatically brings microwave power to the reaction mixture, measures temperature through the vessel wall with iWave technology, controls mixing and cooling, and stores the method together with the results. ActiVent resets excess pressure in a controlled manner without stopping the method. The system can be extended by auto-samplers at 12 or 48. positions, gas supply, flow cells and built-in camera for visual control of the reaction.
Single-mode camera with a volume of 300 ml; installed magnetron 900 W. For closed reactions available vessels 10, 35 and 100 ml, open - volumes up to 125 ml. contactless IR measurement iWave works through glass and PTFE; provides variable magnetic mixing and cooling with compressed air. Options include autosamplers at 12/48 positions, 10 and 80 ml flow cells, gas input and a 5 MP camera Control - through a 10-inch touch screen.
