The BUCHI Rotavapor R-180 is a reliable rotary evaporator for routine operation with flasks up to 3 liters, occupying an intermediate place between the compact R-80 and the automated R-300.
The R-180 is designed to concentrate, distill and remove solvents under reduced pressure. Electric lift automatically removes the bulb from the bath when the power is turned off, the rotary interface facilitates placement on a loaded table, and four glass assemblies, including reverse feed, adapt the system to different processes. Available vacuum pump V-80/V-180 and chiller F-180.
Maximum evaporative bulb volume is 3 liters, maximum bath temperature is 95 °C, electric lift. V, C, S and A capacitors are available; the interface rotates to 90 °. IP42 protection, protective glass, automatic lifting when power is lost. 0-25 °C cooling with 550 W at 15 °C is available with the F-180 chiller; The V-80 and V-180 vacuum pumps provide a maximum pressure of 15 and 10 mbar, respectively.
