Senior line system for scaling from milligrams to hundreds of grams
BUCHI Pure Excellence C-950 is a senior cleaning system that combines flash chromatography and preparative HPLC with UV-Vis and ELSD detection.
The C-950 enables rapid flash pre-cleaning and high-resolution preparative HPLC separation on a single platform. Automatic input, gradient, double detection and fraction collection support scaling from milligrams to hundreds of grams and simplify cleaning of synthesis products, natural compounds and biotechnological samples.
Modes – flash and prep HPLC. Maximum consumption of 300 ml / min in flash mode and 150 ml / min in prep HPLC; pressure range 0-50 and 0-400 bar, respectively. UV-Vis detector 200-800 nm with scanning and built-in ELSD. This is the only model of the current line of Pure Excellence, combining both separation modes.
