BUCHI Pure Excellence C-915 is a flash chromatograph with combined UV-Vis and ELSD detection for purification of both chromophoric and weakly absorbing compounds.
The system combines automated flash chromatography, a scanning UV-Vis detector and an evaporative light-scattering ELSD detector, which allows you to find fractions that are poorly or not recorded only by UV absorption, and use a single software environment for the method, detection and collection.
Mode - flash chromatography, flow rate up to 300 ml / min, pressure 0-50 bar. UV-Vis range 200-800 nm, spectral scanning is available; ELSD is built in. Model differs from C-910 by adding ELSD, but does not include prep HPLC.
