BUCHI Pure Excellence C-910 is a flash chromatograph with a full-fledged UV-Vis scanning detector for flexible search and cleaning of light-absorbing compounds in a wide range.
The C-910 automates gradient, sample loading, UV detection and fraction collection. Spectrum scanning helps match working wavelengths for different classes of connections, and the system automatically recognizes racks and supports liquid and solid loading.
Mode - flash chromatography, flow rate up to 300 ml / min, pressure 0-50 bar. Scanning UV-Vis detector operates in the range of 200-800 nm; ELSD is absent. Compared to the C-905 model adds spectral scanning, retaining the same flash hydraulics.
