Basic and Pro configurations with Infinite Control
BUCHI Lyovapor L-250 is a low-temperature laboratory lyophile dryer with a −85 °C condenser for complex samples, low residual pressures and reproducible process development.
The L-250 is available in Basic and Pro versions and supports collector cameras, 4- and 6-shelf configurations, heated shelves and bottle closure. Infinite Control provides method creation, journaling and plotting in real time; drying end can be controlled by pressure difference and sample temperature. Hot-gas defrosting accelerates preparations for the next cycle.
The condenser temperature is up to -85 °C, condensation performance is 4 kg / 24 h, the total capacity of the condenser is up to 5 kg. The maximum vacuum is 0.03 mbar, the adjustable range is 0.1-1 mbar, the typical time to reach 0.1 mbar is not more than 10 minutes. In the Pro version, the shelf heating is set to 60 °C with an accuracy of ± 1 °C. Dimensions without a drying chamber are 503 × 645 × 510 mm, weight 65.6 kg for Basic and 67.4 kg for Pro; power 200-240 V, 50/60 Hz, IP20.
