Screening of hundreds of known and new psychoactive substances by exact mass with retrospective search
UHPLC-QTOF with bbCID fragmentation and exact mass base of toxicologically significant substances
A comprehensive UHR-QTOF solution for forensic toxicology screening of known and emerging psychoactive substances.
ToxScreener combines UHPLC, full-scanning precision measurement and bbCID fragmentation with a database of forensic toxicological compounds. The complete dataset allows for validation and retrospective search of compounds without remeasuring the sample.
The solution uses precise precursor and fragment masses, isotopic profile, retention time and qualifier ions. Compatible QTOF impact II systems provide a resolution of more than 50,000 at full sensitivity, a five-order dynamic range and a spectra collection rate of up to 50 Hz.
