High-speed TIMS-QTOF system for 4D proteomics, metabolomics and lipidomics.

The Dual-TIMS analyzer adds orthogonal separation by ion mobility and registers CCS. PASEF sequentially fragments separated precursors at a near-complete duty cycle, increasing the depth of coverage without losing speed.

PASEF mode claims a sequencing rate of more than 120 Hz. Dual-TIMS has a triple higher ion capacity compared to the previous generation; the platform supports CCS-enabled 4D-Multiomics.
