A dual-source TIMS-QTOF platform combining LC-ESI 4D-Omics and MALDI Imaging.

timsTOF fleX switches between ESI and MALDI software, without complex source reconfiguration. TIMS and CCS increase identification confidence, and the MALDI table and smartbeam 3D provide spatial mapping of molecules in tissues.

The optional microGRID supports spatial resolution up to 5 μm. the platform separates isobaric and isomeric ions by TIMS and combines MALDI Imaging with PASEF-enhanced LC-MS/MS measurements.
