with omnidirectional MSn eXd and ion enrichment for maximum sensitivity
TIMS-MS is a platform for deep proteoform sequencing and multi-stage structural analysis.
timsOmni combines TIMS, Omnitrap and multi-stage MSn eXd processes. Ion accumulation, selective activation and electronic fragmentation allow for the preservation of labile PTMs and the disassembly of complex structures of proteins and small molecules.
Supports omnidirectional MSn, trapped eXd, RCID, all PASEF modes and CCS measurement. The platform is built on the architecture of timsTOF Ultra 2 and is designed for both top-down and bottom-up analysis.
