High-resolution QTOF workflow with TASQ; TargetScreener 4D version adds CCS
A single HRMS-process for targeted and non-targeted screening of pollutants, toxicants and prohibited substances.
TargetScreener HR takes full-scan MS and bbCID data, maps it to the exact mass base, and generates a report in TASQ. The full set of signals remains available for retrospective search; new connections can be added to the database without reanalyzing the samples already measured.
The official database contains more than 3,000 records: monoisotope precursor masses, retention times, up to ten qualifier ions, bbCID fragments, adducts, isomers and CCS. The MRSQ/MRSQC score combines mass accuracy, retention time, isotope profile, diagnostic ions and, for 4D configuration, CCS.
