860 pesticides in one database: screening, validation and quantification in one run
UHPLC-QTOF workflow with full scan and bbCID interlace and TASQ processing
Ready-made UHR-QTOF workflow for simultaneous screening, validation and quantification of pesticides.
PesticideScreener 2.0 combines UHPLC-QTOF, full-scan and bbCID data, pesticide database and TASQ processing. The approach allows hundreds of compounds to be tested in one run, reduces the risk of false-positive results, and reanalyzes stored data as the database expands.
The official validation poster lists a base of approximately 860 pesticides and a range of m/z 30–1000. For a representative set of 272 pesticides, the criteria for mass accuracy of at least 5 ppm or 1 mDa below m/z 200, the deviation of retention time not exceeding 0.1 minutes and the ratio of qualifier ions not exceeding 30% were applied.
