inverted light-sheet microscope with bilateral lighting and environmental control
Inverted light-sheet microscope for long-term 3D visualization of living organoids, spheroids and embryos.
Bilateral lighting and bottom detection reduce shading, and a controlled environment supports long-term experiments. The system works with hundreds of samples and up to six experimental conditions in a single launch.
The architecture includes two-way lighting, single-lens detection, piezo-crawler positioning and optional photo manipulation. The data processing kit includes 256 GB of RAM, 8×4 TB local storage RAID 0 and GeForce RTX 3070 GPU class.
