Floor optical in vivo high-throughput system for BLI, FLI and X-ray imaging.
Lago X takes quantitative bioluminescent, fluorescent and X-ray images of microplates, plants and small animals. Large field of view and gas anesthesia allow up to ten mice to be examined in parallel, while Aura automates exposure, calibration and analysis.
Capacity - up to 10 mice or 2 rats. Optical field of view reaches 25×25 cm, X-ray - 25×22 cm; CCD 2048×2048 cooled to -90 °C. 14 wavelengths of excitation 360-850 nm and 20 emission filters 490-870 nm are available.
