Personal BLI/FLI imaging: up to three mice per shot on a laboratory table
Spectral Instruments Imaging compact system with LED excitation and Aura software
BLI/FLI personal desktop system for small research groups and longitudinal experiments.
Kino captures bioluminescent and fluorescent images of up to three mice, microplates and other samples, and a compact camera, heated platform, LED excitation and Aura software enable a quick transition from experiment to quantitative output.
Capacity - 3 mice, maximum field of view - 13×13 cm Supported 10 wavelengths of LED-excitation and 5 emission filters; CCD-camera has absolute solid-state cooling to -90 ° C. X-ray channel in Kino is not provided.
