A bundle of triple quadrupole EVOQ LC-TQ and RECIPE sets for LC-MS / MS screening of newborns: amino acids and acylcarnitines from dry blood spot for 1.0-1.5 minutes.
The solution combines EVOQ’s desktop mass spectrometer, RECIPE ClinMass chromatography and ready-made kits with reagents, calibrators and controls, and is designed to simultaneously profile markers of inherited metabolic disorders in DBS, and the panel is expanded with homocysteine kits.
The set for derivatized amino acids and acylcarnitines covers 13 amino acids, free carnitine and acylcarnitines C2-C18; the technique corresponds to CLSI NBS-04A, the analysis time is 1.0-1.5 minutes Mass spectrometer EVOQ operates in MRM mode with scanning speed up to 14,000 AU / s and polarity change in 25 ms.
