ClinMass kits for LC-MS/MS clinical trials
Ready-made LC-MS/MS kits for small molecules: from amino acids to 11 antifungal drugs
Ready-made RECIPE ClinMass kits translate LC-MS/MS-detection of small molecules into a standardized routine process: from amino acids in dry blood spots to therapeutic drug monitoring.
Request a quotationEach set includes consistent reagents, calibrators, controls and techniques for a specific group of analytes and matrix. The portfolio includes screening of amino acids and acylcarnitines in DBS, determination of total homocysteine and methylmalonic acid, and a ClinMass TDM modular system with additional sets for drug classes.
For amino acids and acylcarnitines in DBS, the technique corresponds to CLSI NBS-04A, the analysis time is 1.0-1.5 minutes; for homocysteine, the injection interval is 1.0 minutes. The ClinMass MS9600 set on the MS9000 platform quantifies 11 antifungal drugs in serum and plasma with an inter-series precision of 1.8-13.4 %. It's sensitive enough.
Workflow completed
- Complete kits standardize sample preparation and LC-MS/MS measurement
- Single-stage sample preparation for methylmalonic acid, simple and fast - for homocysteine
- The method for amino acids and acylcarnitines in DBS is in accordance with CLSI NBS-04A
Modularity
- ClinMass TDM system is built on the universal MS9000 platform with additional sets for groups of drugs
- MS9600 Set identifies 11 serum and plasma antifungal drugs
- The portfolio is regularly supplemented with new classes of drugs
Quality control
- Separate ClinCal calibrators and ClinCheck controls for plasma amino acids
- Specific separation of methylmalonic acid and isobaric succinic acid
