NMR platform AVANCE IVDr

Automated 600 MHz NMR analysis of bioliquids for metabolomic research

NMR platform AVANCE IVDr

Product overview

Automated 600 MHz NMR analysis of bioliquids for metabolomic research

Standardized Platform for Biobanking and Clinical Research (RUO)

A standardized automated 600 MHz NMR platform for metabolomic bioliquid research.

AVANCE IVDr combines a high-field NMR spectrometer, temperature-controlled SampleJet, barcoding, LIMS, validated SOP and automatic analysis. One non-destructive measurement supports quantitative profiling of metabolites, lipoproteins and sample quality control.

The platform operates at 600 MHz proton frequencies and supports urine, plasma/serum, CSF and methanol extracts. The biobanking suite lists 114 lipoprotein profile parameters and 41 small plasma/serum molecules, as well as 150 urine parameters. application.
