Automated preparation of MALDI Imaging samples by sublimation and recrystallization.
superlimator applies the matrix to validated protocols, reduces operator influence, and preserves the spatial distribution of small molecules without contact with the solvent. The built-in display guides the user through the process, and the holder receives up to three IntelliSlides.
Standard application takes 5-10 minutes, claims a 75% matrix transfer, less than 5% variability, less than 5 mg per sample and dimensions of 417×614×392 mm.
