FT-IR spectra analysis package for IR Biotyper strain typing system
The IR Biotyper 4.0 software package turns FT-IR isolate spectra into visual clusters and answers the main question of infection control - is it a single strain?
The software manages measurements in IR Biotyper, compares spectral profiles by PCA and LDA, and classifies isolates using neural networks and the reference vector method. Results are shown during the run in the color scheme and are available as dendrograms, distance matrices and 2D/3D graphs; MALDI Biotyper identifications are imported, and MALDI Biotyper identifications are imported. The final data is uploaded to LIMS.
The package runs Windows 10 and requires OPUS 8.2 or higher with OPUS/IT, OPUS/MAP and OPUS/SEARCH licenses; it includes one user license; it supports unlimited metadata of isolates for epidemiological studies; it is not intended for clinical diagnosis.
