The SafeMate EZ is an A2-class BioAir II biosafety cabinet for everyday work with biomaterials and cell cultures. The front-glass electric drive, a fully stainless work chamber, and an ergonomic V-shaped input grille combine operator, product, and environmental protection with the convenience of routine procedures.
The cabinet forms a vertical laminar flow and a controlled air barrier, and HEPA filtering reduces the risk of cross-contamination. The flow rates are displayed in real time; the system monitors the correct position of the front window. The 5° tilted work area facilitates access, the electric glass makes it easier to open and the front window is not easily accessible. The steel chamber and work surface are designed for regular cleaning, the design is compatible with VHP decontamination, and the UV-C lamp is standard.
Performances: 1.2 and 1.8. Power - 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz; power consumption of the fan and lighting - 465 and 774 W. Dimensions without support - 1380×795×1450 and 1990×795×1450 mm; working area - 1230×600×700 and 1840×600×700 mm; weight - 256 and 360 kg. Filters H14 EN 1822-1, global efficiency MPPS - 99.995. Sound level - <56 and <60 dB(A), vibration <0.0005 mm RMS. Two auxiliary outlets; gas, air and vacuum service valves are available as options. EN 12469 is declared by the manufacturer.
