The SafeMate EVO is an A2-class BioAir II biosafety cabinet with an EC fan and a digital inverter. The series combines certified protection, quiet uniform flow and convenient control of a single pen for laboratories where environmental stability and long-term comfort are important.
PlenumPlus's textile distribution plenum compensates for fan vibrations, levels flow, and helps reduce noise. The electric sealed front glass, the partially double-walled side panels, and the V-shaped input grille support the protective barrier. The microprocessor continuously monitors the laminar and incoming flow rates. The position of the glass and the life of the cabinet, HEPA filters and UV lamp; deviations are accompanied by light and sound alarms. Front access simplifies maintenance, and the fumigation cycle can be performed automatically.
Models 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8: 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz; fan and lighting power 355, 470 and 580 W. External dimensions without stand: 1425×830(795)×1403, 1735×830(795)×1403 and 2015×830(795)×1403 mm. Working zones: 1210×585×690–650, 1530×585×690–650 and 1830×585×690–650 mm. Weights: 250, 290 and 340 kg. Average laminar-flow speed 0.35–0.40 m/s; intake barrier speed 0.57 m/s ±10%; exhaust airflow 520, 650 and 770 m³/h ±10%. Working-area cleanliness ISO 3; illumination >750 lux; noise <50/<54/<58 dB(A); vibration <0.005 mm RMS. H14 filters provide 99.995% MPPS efficiency. The manufacturer states TÜV Nord certification under EN 12469:2000.
