Safe3 is BioAir Class III airtight biosafety cabinet for maximum retention of dangerous biological agents. Glove ports, airlocks with mutual door locking and complete air removal allow you to organize a closed process to work with pathogens up to risk group 4.
The operator manipulates through two glove ports without opening the sealed work chamber. Materials are transmitted through a side door lock, the inflow passes through the prefilter and HEPA H14, and all air removed is sequentially through two exhaust HEPA H14. The microprocessor monitors the flow and state of SAFE/UNSAFE, performs Self-calibration and high-speed purges at launch, compensates for the gradual contamination of filters and emits multi-level light and sound alarms. The Magnehelic manometer provides constant visual monitoring of the pressure in the chamber.
Microbiological protection class - III according to EN 12469:2000. Power - 220/230 V, 50/60 Hz; maximum power - 1500 W. Dimensions - 2015×1295×810 mm, working chamber - 1200×675×695 mm, weight - 220 kg; two glove ports. Full air consumption - 200 m3 / h ±10%. Clean working area - ISO 3; illumination >900 lc, noise <56 dB(A), vibration <0.005 mm RMS. The filtration system includes an input prefilter H10, an input HEPA H14 and two consecutive HEPA H14 exhausts; the efficiency of H14 by MPPS is 99.995%. The camera is made of AISI 304, the front window is a multilayer safety glass 4 + 4 mm.
