The Aura HZ is BioAir’s horizontal laminar cabinet to protect sensitive products and processes from external and cross-contamination. ISO 3 uniform flow, automatic speed control and transparent sidewalls create a convenient working environment for aseptic operations.
Air passes through HEPA H14 and the Micromesh alignment membrane, forming a horizontal constant-speed flow throughout the work area. The built-in anemometer and microprocessor continuously monitor the flow; the speed deviations and filter pollution are accompanied by light and sound alarms. The lateral Flow Concept side panels are located In the flow, they use the Venturi effect to reduce the outdoor air sucking, and the low flow mode keeps the area clean between work cycles, and the washable polyurethane prefilters keep the large particles down to the main filter.
Models Aura HZ48T and HZ72T for working zones of 1.2 and 1.8 m Power - 230 V, 50/60 Hz; fan and light consumption - 650/700 and 1150/1200 W. Dimensions - 1270×1050×1360 and 1920×1050×1360 mm; working area - 1130×620×740 and 1790×620×740 mm; weight - 130 and 195 kg. Average speed of laminar flow - 0.40 m / s ±10%, flow - 1250 and 1900 m3h ±10% working area. ISO 3, illumination >800 lux, noise <63 dB(A), vibration <0.005 mm RMS. HEPA H14 according to EN 1822-1, MPPS efficiency - 99.995 %. Work surface - AISI 304, side panels - tempered safety glass.

Flow uniformity
