High-performance station for WES, WGS and RNA protocols
BGI MGISP-960 is a high-performance 96-channel station for automating extraction and preparation of NGS libraries.
The platform combines dosing, PCR, temperature control, stirring, magnetic cleaning, size selection, target capture and DNB production. The open architecture supports different WGS, WES and RNA protocols.
Standard 96 samples per launch, during extraction - up to 192. Range of 1-200 μl; positioning accuracy ±0.1 mm; PCR 4-99 °C; laminar zone ISO 5 and UV dose over 100,000 μW·s/cm2. Dimensions 740×1240×1110 mm, weight 250 kg.
