8-channel pipetting head with PCR module and magnetic separation
BGI MGISP-100 is an automated station for the preparation of NGS libraries for small and medium-sized series of samples.
The fixed 8-channel pipetting head, PCR module, magnetic separation and temperature units automate fragmentation, cleaning, ligation, amplification, pulping and DNB production.
Up to 16 samples per launch; dosing range 1–200 μl. Robot positioning accuracy ±0.1 mm; PCR 4–99 °C; HEPA ISO 5 and UV decontamination. Dimensions 725×780×777 mm, weight 130 kg.
