PE150 in just 12 hours: up to two flow cells and 96 GB of data for a run
Desktop platform with multiple reading lengths and App-D libraries
The BGI DNBSEQ-G99 is a high-speed desktop sequencer for laboratories that need a PE150 result within a single shift.
Two independently used flow cells and an optional built-in computing module allow for flexible combination of urgent panels, microbial genomes, WES, RNA-seq and metagenomics. The system supports multiple reading lengths and App-D libraries.
Up to two flow cells, 80 million effective reads per cell; output 8-96 GB per launch. supported SE100, PE150, PE300 and SE400; PE150 runs in about 12 hours For StandardMPS 2.0 declared Q30 more than 90% and Q40 more than 85% in the main modes.
