Spatial Proteomics and Translational Projects (RUO)

BGI DNBSEQ-G400RS FluoXpert combines sequencing and multiplex immunofluorescence in one platform for translational and immunological research.

Switching software shifts the system from DNBSEQ mode to automated staining and scanning of FFPE or frozen slices, and is compatible with pre-made antibodies and complemented by phenotyping and spatial analysis.

For mIF, Solo Small, Solo Large and Dual Large formats are available, 6-plex and 24-plex panels are available; performance up to 20-40 slices per week. Paint/scan time is about 4-5 hours for 6-plex and 10.5-12.8 hours for 24-plex. In sequencing mode, two FCS/FCL cells with a output of 55-720 GB are used.
