BGI DNBSEQ-G400 is a versatile high-performance desktop platform for exomes, transcriptomes, genomes and targeted projects.
Two flow cells can be run in different modes, scaling the project from urgent research to serial download. The platform supports different reading lengths, standard and fast reagents, and a wide range of DNA/RNA applications.
Two cells: FCS - 550 million readings, 55-165 GB; FCL - 1.5-1.8 billion readings, 75-720 GB per cell. Modes from SE35/SE50 to PE150 and SE400; PE150 on FCL - 450-540 GB about 50 hours after the update. Dimensions 756×1086×710 mm, weight 200 kg.
