The BGI DNBSEQ-E25 is a compact portable sequencing device for quickly launching small NGS projects directly in the laboratory.

The cartridge format simplifies launch preparation; the built-in bioinformatics supports the path from library loading to FASTQ and application report. The platform is suitable for identifying pathogens, small panels, microbial genomes, 16S and eDNA tasks.

25 million effective reads per launch: SE100 modes are 2.5 GB in about 5 hours and PE150 7.5 GB in about 20 hours; Q30 over 90% for the SE100 and over 80% for the PE150. Supported BGI and App-C libraries.
