Single-cell 3′/5′ RNA, V(D)J and ATAC libraries of the DNBelab C series

BGI DNBelab C-TaiM 4 is a compact droplet generator for automated separation and molecular labeling of single cells.

The system forms emulsion microdrops for single-cell RNA-seq and ATAC preparation, supporting subsequent library preparation and sequencing to DNBSEQ. The workflow is focused on reproducible processing of multiple samples.

Up to 4 samples per launch; the stated rate of droplet generation up to 17,000 drops/s and cell recovery up to 65%.Applied with 3′ RNA, 5′ RNA/V(D)J and ATAC sets of the DNBelab C family.
