BGI DNBSEQ sets form a consistent set of reagents for library preparation, cyclization, DNB production and sequencing on platforms of different performance.
The range covers PCR-free and enzymatic fragmentation, WGS/WES, RNA and small RNA, methylation, targeted panels, adapters and magnetic particles. The sets are selected by sample type, application, sequencer and required reading length.
The formats are available for E25, G99, G400, T1+, T7 and other DNBSEQ platforms; single- and dual-index adapters, DNB Make sets and modular sequencing sets are used.
