Luminescent and fluorescent imaging of entire plants of the previous generation
Out of production; current platform - NightSHADE evo LB 985N
NightSHADE LB 985 is a previous generation in vivo imaging system for recording fluorescent and fluorescent signals in tissues, sprouts and entire plants.
Berthold’s official application notes document the use of LB 985 for long-term circadian rhythm studies, fluorescent reporter imaging, and trans-illumination experiments on GFP-containing samples. A light-tight cabinet, a coolable CCD camera, and the ability to conduct non-invasive, overhead or side-sighting. So we're going to take pictures of petri dishes and vertical plants, and lighting, temperature and humidity conditions can be shaped by a long experiment, and we're going to analyze the images in IndiGO software.
The official materials for the NightSHADE LB 985 configuration indicate cooled CCD camera, upper or lateral camera position, fluorescent and fluorescent modes. The circadian rhythm application note describes measurements with the upper CCD camera, 600 c exposure and 1x1 binning; fluorescence note - excitation / emission filters 475/520 nm and For the IkLu configuration, the 365 and 470 nm trans illuminators with intensity adjustment are documented. A full summary of the specifications and completeness will be added only after receiving a separate official brochure, namely the LB 985; the LB 985N parameters are not carried over to this card.
