Zoom HT Plate Coating System is a productive configuration of the LB 920N waxer with a metering module for automated coating and manufacturing of finished ELISA microplates.
The system combines aspiration, washing, application of blocking and coating solutions and stacking of microplates. Two independent syringe channels provide sequential dosing of two reagents with a small dead volume. Built-in stacker and self-dischargeable waste circuit support long production series without constant constant production. operator intervention.
The LB 9205N metering module uses two independent syringes of 10 ml and 8- or 16-channel manifolds; dosing volume 5-300 μl, typical accuracy is not worse than 1% at 100 μl, CV precision is not more than 1% at 200 μl. For 96-well microplates, the typical performance is up to 330 microplates / h when coating and stacking, up to 190 microplates/h for aspiration and three wash cycles and up to 360 microplates/h for final aspiration. The module has dimensions of 168×405×226 mm and a weight of 8.5 kg; the main platform supports 96- and 384-well microplates.
