Centro LB 963 is a specialized microplate luminometer for sensitive flash and glow analysis, reporting systems, fluorescent immunoassays and cell tests.
The low-noise photoelectron multiplier in single photon counting mode provides low background and wide dynamic range. The device supports endpoint, kinetic, remeasurement and well area scanning. Up to three optional JET injectors allow you to synchronize the application of the reagent with the registration of fast reactions; Built-in shaking modes, optional thermostating, waste removal pump and LightCompass software simplify routine and automated protocols.
Spectral luminescence range 340–630 nm; dynamic range of more than 6 orders of magnitude; interwell crosstalk 10⁻⁶. Sensitivity of standard Centro: less than 5 amol ATP/well and less than 2 zemol of firefly luciferase; Centro XS: less than 1.8 amol ATP/well and less than 1.8 zemol luciferase. Formats: 96 wells, for Centro XS also 384 wells. Up to 3 JET injectors, volume of 10–100 μl in 1 μl increments, speed of 200–440 μl / s, accuracy and precision better than 2% Thermostating for compatible configurations: from room temperature +5 °C to 45 °C. USB connection; dimensions 346.8×287.5×443 mm; weight 21.8 kg.
