The Centro LB 960 is a previous-generation luminometer for sensitive flash and glow analysis; for new projects, the manufacturer recommends the current model Centro LB 963.
A low-noise photoelectron multiplier in single photon counting mode provides low background and wide dynamic range for reporter gene analysis, fluorescent immunoassays and cell tests. Up to three JET injectors deliver the reagent at variable speed, including a gentle mode for living cells, and kinetic measurements. It is operated at a resolution of 0.05 seconds for up to 7 days, and the data is processed in Mikrowin software.
Spectral luminescence range 340-630 nm; sensitivity less than 5 amol ATP and less than 2 zeptomol of firefly luciferase per well; dynamic range of more than 6 orders of magnitude; intermoor illumination 1×10−6. Microplates 96 and 384 wells. Sandwich heating system provides thermostating up to 42 ° C. Dimensions of the device with injectors - 390×450×350 mm.
