Research system of spectral karyotyping for multicolor FISH analysis of chromosomes
Research system of spectral karyotyping for multicolor FISH analysis of chromosomes
Multicolor analysis of all chromosomes in one hybridization to verify complex rearrangements
ASI HiSKY is a research system for spectral karyotyping for multicolor analysis of all chromosomes in one hybridization and confident confirmation of complex rearrangements.
HiSKY measures the full spectrum at each point in the image, automatically determines the origin of chromosomes and translocations, and forms a pseudocolor classification of the karyotype. The chromosomal color sets are available for humans, mice and rats. The system is used for tumor cytogenetics, studies of complex chromosomal rearrangements and verification. The results of multicolor FISH.
The current official HiSKY configuration is a single-glass hyperspectral station for light-field and fluorescence microscopy. Specifies a 1.3 MP monochrome spectral camera and Olympus 10×/0.30 NA, 63×/1.44 NA and 100×/1.3 NA lenses; uses a manual 1D/2D barcode scanner. Dimensions and weight depend on the compatible HiSKY is positioned by the manufacturer for research applications.
