ASI HiFISH is a digital FISH scanning and quantitative analysis system designed to standardize routine and complex fluorescent studies without reference to a single probe manufacturer.
HiFISH supports manual and automated workflows, simultaneous interphase and metaphase capture, digital 3D cell viewing, image optimization, semi-automatic signal recognition and quantitative classification. Cell gallery speeds up expert verification, and algorithms help identify abnormal patterns and form Statistical results and reports.
The solution supports an unlimited number and types of probes from different manufacturers and customizable protocols for specific hybridization. Configurations include a manual station on one slide and automatic systems on 9 or 99 slides with Olympus BX63 FL or ZEISS Axio Imager Z2 FL, monochrome CMOS camera 5 MP and fluorescent lenses up to 63×/1.44 The 99-slide system provides integrated barcodes and automatic oil supply.
