open platform for light-field microscopy, multiplex color matching
ASI HiPath Pro is an open digital platform for viewing and quantifying light-field histological images, including standardized IHC and CISH assessments.
HiPath Pro provides scanning or import of whole slides, navigation with digital magnification up to 80×, marking, joint matching of several stains and automatic transfer of areas of interest. Computer classifiers perform the quantification of nuclear and membrane markers, including ER, PR, HER2, Ki-67, P53 and PD-L1, and In situ chromogenic hybridization: ASI images and compatible third-party scanners are supported.
The platform is available as a manual station on one slide, a system on 9 slides or a loader on 99 slides. Automated configurations use Olympus BX63 BF or ZEISS Axio Imager Z2 BF and a color CMOS camera 5 MP; for a 9-slide system, dimensions are 61 × 69 × 85 cm and a weight of 45 kg, for a 99-slide system – 100 × 90 × 90 cm and 80 kg. The equipment, lenses, scanning and analytical modules are selected according to the laboratory workflow.
