Vacuum manifold for ANPEL solid-phase extraction

Product overview

Vacuum manifold for sample preparation by TFE method at 12-24 positions

glass chamber, adjustable grilles and replaceable needles for elution

Vacuum manifold ANPEL allows solid-phase extraction in parallel on 12-24 cartridges, accelerating sample preparation before chromatographic analysis.

The device is a glass vacuum chamber with adjustable lattice, into which TFE cartridges are installed. Under vacuum, the solvent passes through the sorbent, and the purified eluate is collected directly into test tubes, vials of the auto sampler or bulbs placed inside the chamber. additional nozzles allow you to dry the cartridges with a stream of air or nitrogen.

Manifolds come in 12, 16 and 24 configurations; the camera and lid are made of transparent glass; elution needles are polypropylene in standard design, optionally available from stainless steel or fluoroplast. 12-position models provide disposable polypropylene containers for collecting eluate; the camera also It contains test tubes, vials of the auto sampler, measuring and conical flasks.
