Maximum sensitive ISP-MS series for ultratrace and isotope analysis
Maximum sensitive ISP-MS series for ultratrace and isotope analysis
with precision isotope ratios and laser ablation support (LA-ICP-MS)
PlasmaQuant MS Elite is the most sensitive research configuration of the series for ultratrace elemental analysis, isotope ratios, specialization and laser ablation techniques.
The system is focused on tasks that require maximum ion transfer, low background and precise separation of adjacent masses. The user can optimize the focus of ions for the target method; the short ion path helps to maintain the shape of fast transient signals during laser ablation and analysis of individual particles. Advanced research into biological, geological and high-purity materials.
The declared sensitivity for 115In is 1.5 million Imp/s per μg/L, the background at a mass of 5 AU is less than 1 Imp/s. For isotope relations, the manufacturer gives a precision of less than 0.06 % RSD for 10B/11B, less than 0.01 % for 87Sr/86Sr, less than 0.02 % for 206Pb/207Pb and less than 0.07 % for 235U/238U. The total hardware platform includes a pump of 0–100 RPM, 400 μl/min sprayer, cooled to -15 °C chamber and low-flow burner; inert and organic input kits are available.
