A compact laboratory homogenizer with a patented pendulum system for efficient extraction of microorganisms from complex matrices. MIXWEL UP! combines high force, low noise and convenient cleaning.
Two adjustable stainless steel blades adapt to the sample and gently transfer pressure to the package. Speed is adjusted, the door and shoulder blades are removed, and the built-in pallet holds the fluid when the package is damaged. Low vibration and light diagnostics simplify daily work.
The volume of the packages is 50-400 ml; force up to 70 kg per shoulder blade; three positions of the blades. Noise level is less than 48 dB, weight 14 kg, dimensions 220 × 410 × 340 mm Power 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz, power 120 W. The manufacturer reports up to 50% higher yield of microorganisms in a comparative study on the selected matrix.
