UV protection against aerobiocontamination and Peltier cooling
Automatic bottling and stacking of petri dishes to speed up the preparation of nutrient media. DISTRIWEL 440 produces up to 880 cups per hour, supports 55 and 90 mm formats and reduces the volume of manual operations in the microbiology laboratory.
The system automatically feeds, fills and stacks the dishes, connects directly to the media cooker, and supports manual bottling. The built-in UV lamp and protective casing reduce the risk of aerobiocontamination, and Peltier cooling reduces condensation and the time agar solidifies. Options include a second pump to automatically add blood, mode Plate Pouring with stirring eight and printing markings on the side surface of the dish.
Performance up to 880 dishes/h, carousel capacity 440 dishes. Dosage volume 1-99 ml, accuracy ±2%, distribution speed 30-300 rpm; up to 150 programs. Supported dishes 55 and 90 mm, automatic and manual modes, built-in peristaltic pump and optional second pump. Dimensions 785 x 690 x 940 mm, weight 48 kg; power 115 or 230 At ±10%, 50/60 Hz, up to 150 W.
